2. Service description
wenblockniceha.sh provides tooling to configure mining queue batches, place EasyMining solo hashpower orders through the NiceHash API, import operational data, and display block and reward attribution dashboards. The architecture is decentralised in the sense that we do not pool user funds or operate custodial wallets.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use NiceHash and cryptocurrency mining services in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether your use is lawful where you live.
4. Your NiceHash account and API keys
- You must provide API credentials only for accounts you own or are expressly authorised to operate.
- You are responsible for permissions granted to API keys, key rotation, and any orders placed.
- We store credentials encrypted at rest but you should use least-privilege NiceHash API permissions.
- We are not affiliated with NiceHash and do not control their platform, fees, uptime, or payout policies.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- attempt to access other users’ accounts or data;
- interfere with the integrity, security, or availability of the service;
- reverse engineer or misuse the service except where mandatory law allows.
6. Fees and payments
Any mining spend, NiceHash fees, electricity, hardware, or network costs are between you and the relevant third parties. We do not process payments for hashpower on your behalf beyond API calls authorised by your credentials.
7. Availability and changes
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. Scheduled maintenance, upstream API changes, or chain reorganisations may affect outcomes and dashboards.
8. Intellectual property
The software, branding, and documentation remain the operator’s property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your internal mining operations.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch and EU law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost blocks, market movements, or NiceHash outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence (opzet of bewuste roekeloosheid) or other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
Mining is probabilistic. Block finds, reward attribution, and displayed statistics may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You remain solely responsible for financial decisions and tax obligations.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or to protect the service. Provisions that by nature should survive termination (including liability limits where allowed) will continue to apply.
11. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections if you qualify as a consumer in the EU.
